To confirm your child’s enrollment, please note the following steps and requirements:
- Tour Requirement: A tour of our facility is mandatory before enrollment is confirmed.
- Registration:
- To enroll your child, a completed and signed Registration Form is required.
- A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your childcare space. This deposit will be applied toward your child’s last month of fees, provided the required notice is given.
- Monthly Fees:
- Full payment of the monthly childcare fee is required until any subsidy application is approved.
- Family Handbook:
- All families are required to review our Family Handbook.
- Please sign and return the acknowledgment form included on the last page to confirm your agreement with our policies.
Completion of these steps, along with payment of the registration fee, ensures your child’s enrollment at Simply Fun Child Care Centre.
